UCML welcomes the launch of a new international exchange scheme in Wales. Following a public vote to provide the £65million scheme a name, Taith launched on 2 February 2022. The scheme will fund a range of mobilities, from 3 days to 12 months in length, and for a variety of users (schools, youth organisations, further education, vocational education and training, adult education, and higher education).
The Taith scheme will cover mobility for international partners coming into Wales as well as sending Welsh users abroad.
